Best use: How to use: Apply directly to the upper lid line, using small fine strokes with pen held horizontally. Use the thinnest part of the tip for the finer lines and wider tip for the thickest part of the liner. The applicator tip needs to be cleaned intermittently with an oil based remover for best results. The Midnight Artist Brush Penliner formula contains oil and the tip is not recommended to be cleaned with water based removers. TIP: removes off eyes easily with an oil based makeup remover.
