Our new pouches are ready to use as they come, or, simply unscrew the reclosable cap, squeeze the middle of the pouch and decant - either refill an old, clean 150ml Elasticizer pot, which can be refilled over 6 times, or any container of your choice. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
