PCA Skin Vitamin B3 Eye Brightening Cream targets the delicate eye, neck and lip area to brighten and even skin tone. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) improves radiance and strengthens the skin barrier, helping defend against free radicals and blue light. Daisy flower and hawkweed extracts help reduce dark circles and support lymphatic drainage for a more lifted, less dull appearance. Apply mornings and evenings to cleansed eye, neck or lip areas.
