Position the wand horizontally. Starting at the roots of the lashes, zigzag the wand through the lashes and apply light pressure upwards. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
