X Small fits Sizes 8-10, length buckle to holes = 75cm - 85cm. Small fits Sizes 10-12, length buckle to holes = 80cm - 90cm. Medium fits Sizes 12-14, 85cm - 95cm. Large fits Sizes 14-16, length buckle to holes = 90cm - 100cm. X Large fits Sizes 16-18, length buckle to holes = 95cm - 105cm.
