Healthspan Evening Primrose Oil 1000 mg — 90 capsules. Each capsule supplies 100 mg gamma‑linolenic acid (GLA) and a natural source of vitamin E. Cold‑pressed from Oenothera biennis seeds to preserve beneficial omega‑6s. Use: adults take 1 capsule daily; cosmetic use 1000 mg/day; short‑term 2000 mg (2 caps) for 3–4 months. Women may take up to 3 capsules before periods. Do not exceed recommended intake. If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional.
