• Always glide the device quickly and evenly across skin, in an upward motion. • Do not pause in one area as bruising may occur. • Do not use over extra-sensitive skin, active breakouts or open wounds. • Before using KIWI™ on your face, you can test it on your arm to find your optimal comfort level. Start on intensity level 1 and see how your skin reacts. Then work your way up to the intensity level that feels effective yet comfortable. • Apply a hot towel to your face for 5 minutes to temporarily dilate the pores and soften the skin, before using the device. • To avoid irritation, we recommend only making one pass over each area. To break suction, gently roll tip off at an angle - do not pull straight off skin. • After your treatment, moisturize skin thoroughly to hydrate skin and reduce the reddening of sensitive areas. • We recommend using KIWI™ 1-2 times per week for optimal results. • KIWI™ is not 100% waterproof, so do not clean the device under running water.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
