After each use, wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol-based or harsh cleaners. Avoid immersing the product in water, especially the main body—only the metal head is IPX5 waterproof. Ensure both the device and charging port are dry before charging. Store the unit in a cool, dry place, and avoid using it on irritated or damaged skin. Follow the 3-minute usage limit per session, and consult the manual before first use. Keep out of reach of children, and avoid use during pregnancy or if you have medical implants or heart conditions.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics (including beauty products), pierced jewellery, vitamins and supplements, medicines, toiletries, swimwear or lingerie and adult toys if the product or item has been used, if the hygiene or product seal has been broken or is no longer in place or if the product is not in its original packaging (if applicable), unless faulty.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
