Bioglan Biotic Balance Ultimate Flora delivers 20 billion live bacteria per capsule from four well‑studied strains to support digestive balance. Each capsule contains: Lactobacillus acidophilus 5.8 billion CFU, Lactobacillus rhamnosus 5.8 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium longum 5.8 billion CFU and Saccharomyces boulardii 2.6 billion CFU (Saccharomyces boulardii cultured from lactose/milk protein). Shelf stable — no refrigeration required. One-a-day, high-strength probiotic in an easy-to-take capsule. Ingredients (capsule): live cultures (strains listed above), capsule shell (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate). Direction for use: Take 1 capsule daily with a cold drink. Do not take with hot drinks. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
