BioCare Vitamin C with Bilberry is a high‑potency, one-a-day tablet delivering Vitamin C as magnesium ascorbate together with bilberry powder. Magnesium ascorbate is a lower‑acid form of vitamin C that is gentle on the stomach and readily absorbed. Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant, contributes to normal collagen formation for healthy skin, and supports the immune system. Kosher, vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Directions: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as professionally directed. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
