This clear, transdermal spray blends Zechstein magnesium with lavender and chamomile essential oils to help you relax and unwind before sleep. The magnesium supports muscle relaxation and the calming aromatherapy helps set a restful atmosphere. How to use: Apply 5–10 sprays across the body and gently massage until absorbed. For best results, apply about 30 minutes before going to bed. Not suitable for children under 12.
