Designed to pair perfectly with your favorite MINERALIST lipstick or gloss, this non-drying, transfer-resistant lip liner helps prevent feathering and extends the wear of your lip colour.
How to use:
- Using the desired colour or shade closest to your natural lip, outline lips starting at the center of your lower lip and work outward, tracing your lip shape.
- Next move to your top lip beginning at the center of the cupid's bow, working outward towards your outer corners.
PRO TIP: To create a smooth, long-lasting base for your lip colour, fill in lips with liner as a first step.
