Our handcrafted Cashmere 1000 Pocket Pillowtop is a 30cm deep mattress featuring layers of quality natural fillings, 1000 individually nested pocket springs and a luxurious hand-tufted pillowtop. Covered with a breathable satin weave damask fabric, the mattress incorporates an airflow system; it is vented on all four sides to allow the expulsion of warm air, keeping the mattress fresh and cool. Using a high count of pocket springs that can each move independently means that pressure is relieved exactly where you need it and that a movement on one side of the mattress will not affect the other side. This helps in preventing you from being woken by a restless partner. The pillowtop features dual layers of natural fillings, topped with a 250gsm cashmere wool blend. This helps you to stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer by adapting to the surroundings. A comfortable and supportive 50mm polycotton rebound layer is then tufted by hand for a sumptuous feel and medium support. Due to the natural materials used in the construction of this mattress, it will require a breaking-in period. This means the mattress will feel considerably firmer during the first two weeks of use before settling into the medium-firm support that it is designed to provide.
