I have a problem with my order/tracking?
If you have a problem with your order or have trouble tracking your delivery please contact our Customer Care team via email. Please quote your order reference number, your full name, billing address and contact telephone number. One of our Customer Care team will provide an initial reply to you within 48 hours.
Alternatively you can call our Customer Care team on the numbers shown below. The team is available from 9am to 11pm GMT on weekdays, and from 9am to 6pm GMT on weekends and most UK bank holidays.

Do you have International sites?
Yes. All orders to USA, France, Germany, Ireland, parts of Europe, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand will be processed through the relevant site – we no longer offer delivery to these countries from our UK site.
Can I use my existing account on the International sites?
Yes. Although it will be as if you are logging in for the first5 time, account and order history will start afresh. To access old information, you’ll need to log in to the UK site to see it.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
All orders are still shipped from the UK and customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges are based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for current import regulations.
Can I cancel my contract?
If you are an EU customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. This right does not apply to items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons (swimwear, pierced jewellery) if the seal has been broken. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.
Complete the cancellation form enclosed with your order (or complete online in your account page) and include it with the items when you return them. Alternatively, write to us via email or include a letter with your items stating you wish to cancel your contract and include your full name, address and order number.

Can I nominate a day for my delivery outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, Nominated Day Delivery is not available at this time for international destinations.
