As the situation continues to evolve, we wanted to let you know that we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees by closely monitoring the changing Government guidelines and following them accordingly.
The health and safety of our customers, employees and communities remains our first priority so, as the situation develops, we are making a number of changes to the way we do things.
Here’s what you need to know.
We are temporarily closing our stores
To continue to help protect our customers, employees and communities, all Dorothy Perkins stores are currently closed. We don’t yet know when our stores will reopen but look forward to welcoming you back when it’s safe to do so. We’re still here for you, as always, at dorothyperkins.com so you can shop safely from home.
Your delivery options
We can still deliver to your home and are now offering free Standard Delivery on all orders. We are also offering contactless delivery, simply ask us to leave your order in a safe place by adding a note to the delivery instructions box at checkout.
Changes to returns
Returns to store are currently unavailable, but we will welcome returns for in-store purchases up to 14 days after our stores reopen. For online orders, we have extended our returns period to 45 days from receipt and have also introduced a new returns service offering a free contactless collection from home.
Collect From Store
As our stores are temporarily closed, we are not currently offering a Collect from Store service. If you have an order awaiting collection in store, we have sent you an update via email. Because it’s uncertain when our stores will reopen and we don’t keep you waiting, we will be returning and refunding your order. You will receive a full refund for your items via your original payment method, and this should appear in your account within a few days of your confirmation email. If you paid for delivery, please note, this will be processed separately.

To ensure the safety and welfare of our staff we have temporarily closed our Customer Care call centres. In the meantime, our Customer Care team are still available and happy to help with any queries via email. For a quick answer to the most common questions, please see our FAQs.
