2.Go to www.hermesworld.com and enter your tracking number (this can be found in your confirmation email) in the space provided
If you have lost your tracking number, simply log in to your account, select the order and click on the tracking number link.

A safe place or a neighbour can be specified in the checkout where the courier can leave your parcel if you are not home.

Next Day Delivery to ParcelShop is not available when ordering on a Saturday.
How Does it Work?
1.Choose a ParcelShop. Select ‘Collect From ParcelShop’ at checkout and enter your town/postcode to find your nearest participating store.
2.You will be notified by e-mail when your order arrives and is ready to collect.
3.Collect from ParcelShop. Please bring your confirmation email (simply show the email on your phone or print) and either your payment card or photo ID (passport or driving licence).
If you do not receive an email within 7 days please contact our Customer Care team.

What time will my order arrive?
Unfortunately we are not able to allocate a specific time slot for deliveries. Hermes, our Standard Delivery couriers deliver between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Yodel, our Nominated Day Delivery couriers deliver between 7am and 9pm, during busier periods they can sometimes deliver later in the evening.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
No. A signature is requested however if you are not in our couriers will leave your parcel in a secure location at your property or with a neighbour. The courier will leave a card to notify you where your parcel has been left or to explain how to rearrange delivery. Your order will be held at your local depot for 5 days prior to being returned to us for a refund.
If you wish to collect your parcel from a Yodel depot (Next Day and Nominated Day only) contact Yodel via its online tracking system. You will need to present two forms of identification when collecting your order, one photographic (passport or driving licence) and one proof of name and address (utility bill or similar).
Can someone else pick my order up from ParcelShop?
Yes. If you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will either need proof of your identity or identification with the same surname as yours.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been despatched.
Do you deliver on a bank holiday?
No. Orders placed during a bank holiday period will take an extra working day to arrive.
I have a problem with my order/tracking?
Please contact Customer Care via email, quoting your reference number, full name, billing address and telephone number. An initial reply will be sent within 48 hours. Alternatively call our Customer Care team on 0844 984 0261 9am-11pm Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Sat-Sun. Calls are charged at local rate.
Will I receive mobile text updates?
Customers that select Nominated Day Delivery and include their mobile number at checkout will receive delivery updates via text message. Couriers will text an approximate time frame for delivering your order on the day of delivery.
