With social gatherings finally on the horizon, it’s time to say goodbye to your sweats and get reacquainted with the dress…
It’s no secret that we love a good dress here at DP, but it’s been forever since we last wore one. As lockdown restrictions ease, you can bet we’ll be making the most of those coffee catch-ups and park picnics to show off our favourite new styles. Here’s our round-up of the spring dresses we can’t wait to wear.
The denim dress
It’s not quite warm enough for bare arms just yet, so this long-sleeved denim dress is perfect for outdoor meet-ups. Just add white trainers for an easy weekend look.
The midi dress
Picnics? Brunch dates? Garden parties? Whatever your spring diary looks like, you can’t go wrong with a do-it-all midi dress. We’ll be wearing this floral number with heeled ankle boots now and sandals later.
The shirt dress
If you invest in one dress this season, make it this puff-sleeve shirt dress. Perfect for work and weekends, it’ll ensure you’re ready for a potential return to the office as well as drinks on 21 June.
The broderie dress
We’re dreaming of sunny days, picnics with friends and wearing this broderie anglaise dress on repeat. The pretty pastel hue looks so fresh teamed with white sandals.
The floral dress
It wouldn’t be spring without a floral dress (or two) and we can’t get enough of this cute mini. Nodding to the boho trend with shirred details and a vintage-inspired ditsy print, it can be dressed up or down.
The smock dress
If you’re not ready to give up your sweats just yet, then this jersey smock dress is a great middle ground. It’s super comfy and the pistachio hue is seriously on-trend. It’s got lazy afternoons in the park written all over it.
