Sisterly duo Jasmine and Melissa are all about hearty home cooking without gluten, grains and refined sugars. With a cooking show under their belt and two successful cookbooks, these two early advocates of courgetti spaghetti have a lot to offer on the healthy-eating front. Their Instagram is a must for tasty home cooked meals, with a rustic feel.
Ella’s tasty treats (minus meat, dairy, sugar and gluten) have become a phenomenon and are now available in most supermarkets around the country. She’s also a yoga fan, a best-selling author and has three London based cafés (yep, I don’t know how she does it all either!) With over 1.2 million followers on Instagram and a wopping four cookbooks, 27 year old Ella must being doing something right on the vegan front.
A former sous chef turned food blogger and author, Alexandra’s Instagram is filled with delicious dinners and comforting dishes. Her fun and flavour-filled grains and meat offerings are sure to be a hit with adults and kids alike (she herself has four adorably cute children you might see pop up on her feed from time to time.) She also has some great tips on photographing food for Instagram, in case you’re looking to up the ante on your own feed.
Nutritionist Madeleine (one of Millie Mackintosh’s besties) has a great ethos for healthy eating – forget the fads and keep things simple, delicious and affordable. Sounds good to us. Her feel good Instagram is packed full of yummy meals with easy to find ingredients, as well as simple to follow fitness posts you can do, like Madeline, from the comfort of your own home!
More nice than naughty, Olivia Wollenberg of Livias Kitchen’s sweet treats may look awfully indulgent, but considering they are all free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar they’re sure to make any January diet a bit more fun. From her famous raw millionaire bites, which are now sold in supermarkets, to her best-selling dessert cookbook, the neuroscientist’s (yes, she is also a neuroscientist!) Instagram has lots of lovely delicacies you can munch away on without feeling guilty in the slightest.
