The role of our Retail Managers (whether Area or Store) is to have total responsibility for the profit and loss of their business by delivering excellent customer service. They are also responsible for developing and managing their teams, planning for the future, maintaining retail standards and brand integrity through everything they do. One of the key skills required is the ability to drive succession within their business to achieved continued growth.
