The qualifications, experience and key skills required for a career in Human Resources and
Learning & Development will vary according to the level of the position though generally to work in this
field you will need:
- Generalist and/or specialised experience in Humarn Resources/ Learning and Development with a strong understanding of retail
- Thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Confident, assertive and approachable
- Preferably CIPD qualified with knowledge of employment law and current HR best practice
