General overview
The Human Resources and Training teams play an essential role in developing key ideas,
initiatives and strategies to help drive individual, team and group performance. They work
closely with the line in both Head Office and Retail and provide guidance, advice and
support to ensure that goals are achieved which will develop the business. Key aspects of a
role in this area involve:
- Recruitment and selection of employees in line with internal and external requirements.
- Implementation of Reward polices in line with current legislation, company guidelines and best practice.
- Developing and maintaining Employee Relations policies and practices whilst promoting appropriate formal and informal communication methods to drive employee commitment.
- Designing and delivering Training and Development solutions.
